BUSINESS RENEWAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE

The Business Renewal Consultancy Service provides business owners, executives, professionals, and tradespersons, with a scriptural management framework for business growth and success. In this service, the client engages MBA Advisory on a monthly retainer basis.

This service has three forms of consultancy engagements.

• Single Business Engagement
MBA Advisory provides business renewal counsel to a single business through weekly consultation meetings with the business owners or executives.

• Group Advisory Engagement
In this engagement, four to six clients (each representing his business) are convened for a weekly Group Advisory Conference. As part of this platform, MBA also conducts regular individual consultation meetings.

• Distance Advisory Engagement
MBA has a consultancy program designed for individual clients who are geographically distant. The Distance Advisory Engagement is a distance consultancy program which uses email, phone, online, and video advisory conferences.

Business Renewal is a Biblical business management system of transforming and re-engineering the business so that it may glorify the Lord, implement Scriptural business principles, and attain business success.

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners. (Isaiah 61:1)

The objectives of Business Renewal are to:

1. Glorify the Lord in all aspects of its business;
2. Allow the Lord to renew and grow the business into one of excellence thus becoming the best
business it can be (Colossians 3:10); and
3. Participate in the movement of the Holy Spirit to renew the marketplace (Psalm 104:30)
